The combination of Morphean's video surveillance capabilities with a cloud-hosted integrated security system will enable them to help client organizations with actionable insights.

Fremont, CA: SimonsVoss Technologies GmbH, a pioneering Allegion group brand based in Unterfoehring, Bavaria has signed a technology partnership agreement with Morphean SA, a Swiss-based vendor of video monitoring & surveillance solutions.

As per the reports, this new-found partnership has been formed to leverage the expertise of SimonVoss for the extension of the cloud-based repertoires of Morphean, beyond the domain of video surveillance, by utilizing the former's digital access control system named SmartIntego at its best.

This new deal will aid Morphean to gain capabilities to enter the Access control-as-a-service market, which is expected to reach a $2.8 billion valuation by the year 2024.

The combination of Morphean's video surveillance capabilities with a cloud-hosted integrated security system would promote businesses to optimize their processes & operations by providing deeper perspicacity into employee & customer behaviors and the way office spaces are being utilized. Here, a multitude of data sources will enable Morphean to help client organizations with actionable insights.
