Konica Minolta Adds IT Services Team Through Acquisition of IT Weapons

Ramsey, NJ: Konica Minolta Business Solutions , a provider of information management solutions focused on enterprise content, technology optimization and cloud services, today announced the acquisition of IT Weapons, which will operate as a subsidiary company under its own name and current management team and whose 86 employees will become part of Konica Minolta.

IT Weapons is a Managed Services Provider and has been recognized by MSPmentor, CRN and CDN. With an extremely strong technical team who focuses on excellence in execution, joining forces with the innovative and nationally recognized Konica Minolta means IT Weapons can accelerate their growth, without compromising any aspect of their service delivery.
