SAN FRANCISCO: Centrify, Unified Identity Service provider partners with Elastica, a cloud application security provider to bring out a unique cloud security solution in the wake of increased adoption of cloud services by enterprises. It ensures users' access to cloud applications is authenticated against users’ identities and is extended for use in policies, controls and analysis of cloud application usage.

The two technologies that have merged are Centrify's User Suite and Elastica's CloudSOC. User Suite terminates cloud application password sprawl by boosting user satisfaction with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Single Sign-On (SSO), while providing an IT organization with centralized identity and access control for these cloud applications. On the other hand, CloudSOC provides security operations for cloud applications by using the power of sophisticated data science and visualization to scrutinize and protect cloud applications.

"Elastica is executing on a strategic partnership with Centrify that features technology integration and joint marketing activities to equip enterprises with an easy-to-use, comprehensive solution for securing cloud-based applications and services," said Rehan Jalil, President and CEO of Elastica.

Released in the RSA Conference 2014, the new security suite provides enterprises command of access to cloud applications and guarantees that these applications are used for business purposes without data leakage risks. As a result, with no exceptions to security and performance, IT gets deep visibility into SaaS application usage patterns of each users and device access activity, while end users get a one-click experience of favorite apps from devices.

"This strategic partnership with Elastica ensures that our customers can experience Elastica's solutions for in-depth visibility and auditing to a broad range of cloud applications while meeting enterprise security and compliance requirements," says Shreyas Sadalgi, Vice President of Business Development,Centrify.
