LAS VEGAS, NV: Video-based surveillance and loss prevention enterprise, DTT, revamps its cloud-based enterprise management portal to MyDTT. The enhancement involves superior exception reporting with CloudQuery tool, extended video storage, and improved video sharing. It provides users to access ones data from anyplace at anytime. It can manage multiple location from one central command center.
One of the enhanced features includes Remote Incident Support Archiving (RISA) PLUS that enables requested video to be uploaded on MyDTT. It is made available for viewing on any of the site directly from any devices. It is a platform that provides agnostic incident video retrieval method that adds functionality within the MyDTT portal.
Another feature includes Off-Site Storage (OSS) PLUS that secures and provides back-up for sensitive data even though it’s PCI compliancy or backup protection for DTT customers. It ensures data protection with 90 days worth data back-up.
“We get a lot of claims that we wouldn’t be able to follow up on without the extended video storage. We don’t always know about issues as soon as they occur so the 90-day window makes us feel a lot more confident about risk and liability overall,” states Robert Coon, Director of Risk Management for Sarku.
